       Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes. I think that means as technology advances everyone gets smarter,. Over the last 5 years technology has came a long way. In just a few years a huge computer developed into a small square shaped object that can sit in your lap or into a very small cellular device. Maybe in the next 5 years it could come to the point where all computer were 3D touch screen.
       At school the only technology I use is in a calculator, Microsoft Office and anything in this class. Then when I get home I use facebook, e-mail and online gaming. I race witch uses technology but not as much as the others that I listed
      I'm not sure how I will use the information that I learned in this class. I will probably use that one site to create my resume and Windows live and that's about it. If I'm not going to use any of the other tools I definitively do not see me using them for a life time. honestly i didn't like any of the tools

Screen Casting

I think screen casting it a program that people use to record demonstrations of things and put them on the web so other people can figure out how to do a certain task. I don't think I really liked recording it just I don't like to talk to a computer. They are really helpful just because, if i'm having a problem I can go to youtube type in my problem and a video would pop up showing you how to work around your problem. Screen casts are most helpful to people that are having a problem

QR code screencast

Today I used http://www.screenr.com/. Screen-o-matic and screenr both had its plus and minuses. Screenr was a lot faster to use and you didn't need to do as much but you did need a live or google account. You also could only use 5 minutes of recording. Screen-o-matic you had to sign up and go trough a lot of stuff before you recorded. The thing that was good about Screen-o-matic was you could record for a long time and you could do different things with it. I couldn't pick one that was more user friendly or I couldn't pick a favorite because they both have their plus and minuses.

Software Liscensing

I like Live so much better! Its the same thing as Microsoft office to its a lot eaiser to manage. Google Docs is good but I feel like the functions on it are harder to use and figure out. Overally both the programs are great but Live is eaiser to work with.

New Technology

I just read an article about a car not needing a driver. The person that owns the car is blind so he can never go around and do things because, he has to have other people take him around. Google created a car that drivers it self and does everything on its own.
